The Moroccan criminal records services are managed, of course, by the Ministry of Justice and Freedoms.
Before, it was complicated. You had to go to Rabat, for example, to renew your residence permit, and you had to allow for at least two days on site. Indeed, the issuance of the criminal record was done at the earliest the next day. And it could even take several days in some cases.
Today, the online procedure is completely digital, the site is available in four languages (English, Arabic, Spanish and French) and you can receive your criminal record by e-mail or collect it from the court of your residence.
