The wedding traditions of the Aït Morghad include henna, of course, but also a preparation of the groom by his mother, who ties his fingers and toes with woolen threads.
Despite the tribal wars, every year a pilgrimage leaves the Aït Atta lands for the Aït Merghad lands, in homage to Sidi Abderrahmane El Aroussi.
Among the Aït Morghad (and the Aït Yafelman in general), the female Anougoud is called Tixsi, and in the plural Oulli. From one valley to another, the names used to designate the animals can change. Izimmer is used everywhere, as is Anougoud.
