The agricultural province of Haouz, with its splendid landscapes, was the epicentre of the earthquake on Friday 8 September. If you had planned to go there on holiday, should you do so "in spite of everything", to help?

Transporting aid, food, tents and relief supplies through the back roads and tracks of the Atlas mountains is a very difficult task. Over and above the outpouring of solidarity, donations have to be organised and centralised to be effective.
