A hand of Fatima at Mauboussin? It may not sound familiar, and if you frequent Parisian boutiques, you’ve probably never noticed this type of pendant.
Well, that’s to be expected, as it’s a special creation that can be seen on the Mauboussin homepage when you log on from Morocco, for example.
And here’s a typical creation, which combines, as we often say, “tradition and modernity” with the classic shape of the hand and its two thumbs, in white gold, and in the centre, a star with a very modern shape, sprinkled with small brilliants.
This pretty creation is not overpriced: 13,900 dhs, or around €1,300. If you’re already into “real jewellery”, it’s still a fairly reasonable gift!
